Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except the dried cranberries and walnuts.
  2. Mix on low speed for 10 minutes then add the walnuts and cranberries.
  3. Ferment for 30 minutes then divide to two 450 g pieces.
  4. Pre-shape round and let rest for 20 minutes.
  5. Shape to the desired final shape, score and ferment for 1 ½ hours.
  6. Bake at 475 °F for 30 minutes.
