Low Sodium Recipe – Seasoned Fries – NutraSalt

  1. Rinse potatoes well under cold water, especially well if you will be leaving the skin on. Cut into steak-fry size portions.
  2. After cutting potatoes, rinse them again under cold running water. Place potatoes in a large bowl. Cover with water. Add vinegar to keep potatoes from darkening. Refrigerate for 10 to 30 minutes.
  3. Remove fries from water and place on paper towels to dry. Place potatoes in bowl. Add sunflower oil and toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes evenly on a large cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Turn ½ way through baking.
  5. Once golden, remove from oven and sprinkle with NutraSalt Seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
