Pork adobo, a Filipino favorite, is tasty and easy to make. Our recipe features a healthy ingredient: all-natural NutraSalt Robusto Adobo low sodium seasoning.
Ingredients
3 lbs. pork roast
1/2 c. Vinegar
1/4 c. Soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. Robusto Adobo NutraSalt
1/4 tsp. Peppercorns, crushed
1 bay leaf, crushed
Directions
Cut pork pieces into large chunks.
In saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Let stand in refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.
Return to stove and bring to a boil.
Cover, lower heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and simmer 15 more minutes or until liquid evaporates and pork is lightly browned.
