  1. Cut pork pieces into large chunks.
  2. In saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  3. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.
  4. Return to stove and bring to a boil.
  5. Cover, lower heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove cover and simmer 15 more minutes or until liquid evaporates and pork is lightly browned.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
