Sweet and succulent bok choy seasoned with toasted sesame and Savory Garlic NutraSalt is a light and delicious complement to Asian dishes. This simple recipe serves 4 and can be prepared in mere minutes!
Ingredients
1 ½ Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
1 bunch baby bok choy
1/4 tsp Savory Garlic NutraSalt
Directions
Toast the sesame seeds in a medium sized wok over medium heat, until they start to brown. Toss/stir occasionally.
Add the sesame oil and allow it to heat up.
Add the bok choy. Stir the bok choy after half a minute to coat with oil and add the Savory Garlic NutraSalt.
Gradually increase stirring frequency as the bok choy begins to soften.
Remove from heat as soon as the leaves become soft and the stalks begin to feel tender.
