Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Rich and creamy mashed potatos are flavored with roasted garlic for a savory, delicious dish.
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. red-skinned potatoes
6 tbsp. butter
6 garlic cloves, roasted and chopped finely
1/2 c. heavy cream
½ tsp Savory Garlic NutraSalt
Directions
Wash potatoes thoroughly.
Remove any darkened spots or eyes. Cut into large cubes.
Place in pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until a fork inserted in potatoes can easily break the chunk apart.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients and mash until blended.
