Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bulk fermentation for an hour.
  3. Fold and let rest for an hour.
  4. Divide to three pieces approximately 350 g each.
  5. Pre shape to a rectangle.
  6. Rest for 40 minutes then roll and shape to a baguette and bake for 20 minutes at 475°F.
