Spinach Artichoke Dip

Quick, easy, and scrumptious, this best-loved spinach artichoke dip is great as an appetizer or snack. Made with Nutrasalt low sodium salt, which has 66% less sodium, makes this a guilt-free dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained
  • 1 pkg. frozen artichokes, chopped
  • 1 sm. can green chilis
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp Low Sodium Sea Salt NutraSalt

Directions

  1. Thaw and squeeze excess moisture from spinach.
  2. Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/4 c. of Monterey Jack Cheese.
  3. Portion spinach mixture into individual baking dishes or ramekins.
  4. Sprinkle reserved 1/4 c. Monterey Jack over tops of each serving.
  5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until top is bubbly and lightly golden.
